Passengers overcharged

 CAN the authorities do something about the route 4 and 11 buses because it has become a norm now for them to overcharge passengers K1 to go from 4 Mile to 2 Mile hill and all the way to Badili, Koki and downtown Port Moresby? This seems to be happening almost every afternoon and this is frustrating for some of us who commute to work every day on PMVs.
