People’s choice

PETER O’Neill is the people’s choice for prime minister.
They mandated him, by returning PNC with the highest number of winning candidates in the last election.
He was mandated on the back of his proven leadership qualities and ability to deliver, despite widespread smear campaigns against him by rival politicians and groups with vested political interest.
O’Neill possesses qualities of a true visionary leader, who knows where he wants the country be, and how to get there in the next 30-50 years.
He is focused on that vision, and is implementing strategies to get PNG to that destination.
Unwavering and focused leadership is what PNG needs at this juncture in its development, and O’Neill is the man for the present time.
If the opposition is serious about changing the government, they should spell out their policies and strategies.
It is indeed unimaginable that they put up James Marape to challenge O’Neill. O’Neill and Marape are no different.
They ruled and brought the country to where it is now – and how do you expect Marape to lead the country differently.
