Phone records needed in PNG

CAN Digicel have a database of all its customers with SIM cards?
This will allow the company to trace perpetrators who abuse the service and if possible punish them because such people can cause, psychological damage, especially to women.
I fell victim to a sick-minded guy who kept calling me.
He spoke in his language (Highlands region) and although I told him he had the wrong number, he kept calling and texting me the whole day.
He swore at me, used abusive language and even went to the extent of describing my private parts.
I deleted all the texts and did not want to show them to my husband as they were disgusting.
I was so annoyed and hurt as I am a married woman with kids, and such words do not go down well with me.
The culprit continued to call and I had to switch off my phone.
I pray that someday our government will come up with some law to punish people with sick minds, who abuse good services provided by Digicel.
Who ever the man is: do you not have better things to do?
Perhaps you need to go to the Laloki Psychiatric Hospital for treatment.
