PICTURES coming in from Southern Highlands and Hela of voters standing in line to vote tells a story.
That, some of those in queues seem to be young children.
Do they qualify to vote?
If so, how did they get to enrol in the first place?
Hope no part of those provinces are declared failed after counting because of such disregard for set rules and processes.
