RANGEVIEW Plaza yesterday gave two winners prizes valued at K889.
This was from the mall’s second weekly Christmas promotion prize give-away.
Winner Gilda Kepo won a K500 shopping voucher to shop at the Rangeview Grocer while Francesca Tamate won a Honor Phone 5X Plus, priced at K389.
Kepo, from East New Britain, said the K500 voucher would help her get more “food supplies” for her home.
“I am so lucky to have won a voucher because now I can do more shopping for my house,” she said.
“This is an amazing initiative by Rangeview Plaza to keep its customers shopping here while participating in such draws.
“I always shop here and now, to win something in return, is the best feeling.
“I hope I win the big draws next month.” Meanwhile, Tamate, 54, from Central, who works with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, said RangeView goods were cheaper than other shops and was also convenient for shoppers.
Tamate later declined to take home her prize, and gave it back to the company, saying: “I am a contributing member to Nambawan Super, therefore, I feel it is important to give back to the company as it is nationally-owned.” Tamate, however, was excited about the promotion and said she would continue to shop at Rangeview.
The Plaza said all receipts from the first, second and third draws would be kept and used in the final draws on Dec 15 and Dec 22.
A total of about K40,000 in prizes for the Christmas bonanza was still up for grabs.
Any two lucky customers will win the bonanza bumper travel package to any destination within PNG.
The draw on Dec 15 is for K15,000 and Dec 22 is for K25,000.
