PM must remove minister

 PRIME Minister Peter O’Neill must remove his Education Minister and Secretary for confusing parents and guardians over the payment of school project fees. Their indecisive leadership over this issue portrays a bad image of O’Neill’s free education initiative. Parents and guardians are totally fed up.
