PNG Power Ltd customers can now have quality service and access to information following the launch of the company’s redesigned website yesterday.The site is now more convenient to users with power problem registration and those with comments and queries about the company’s services.Chief executive officer Tony Koiri said the redesign followed recent developments in technology and to improve the company’s image and limit negativity about the company.Koiri said first-hand power outage information, electricity connection processes and fees and safety awareness were featured on the new website.He said necessary forms, tariff rates, safety tips, guidelines and PPL news could be found on the new site. “The site gives detailed information and photographs of the company’s facilities, and provides users news on electricity projects, including rural electrification projects,” Koiri said.He said PPL was experiencing a growth in services to people.“We hope that the new website will give users more insight into the company, which is continually innovating and improving its products and services,” Koiri said.
