Preparations are underway for the 2019 biennial scientific conference of the Pacific Society for Reproductive Health (PSRH) in July in Port Moresby.
Papua New Guinea has won the bid to host the 13th biennial conference during the last one held in Vanuatu in 2017.
PNG Cancer foundation (PNGCF) will be supporting the local organising committee of the conference through providing information, education and communication print material for the duration of the conference.
This partnership was made possible through Moore Printing.
“PNG last hosted this regional conference 18 years ago, so we are excited to host the conference this year,” organising committee chair Dr Mary Bagita said.
“We are grateful to the PNG Cancer Foundation for their support towards the conference this year.”
This regional conference aims to foster education, up-skilling and participation of reproductive health professionals in the Pacific region through provision of skills and education workshops.
It is also an opportunity for reproductive health care workers in the country to attend, up-skill their practice and network.
