Police look into alleged gang-rape case

WAIGANI police is investigating an alleged gang-rape just outside the University of PNG boundary.
Metropolitan Superintendent Perou N’Dranou said the alleged incident on social media was reported by two girls (name withheld) from the university.
The Facebook post alleged that a girl was put in the trunk of a taxi and was taken to the back of the UPNG Games Village female dormitories, just outside the dormitory’s fence, and was gang-raped by a group of men.
