Police recruitment

WHY is it taking so long for recruitment to be conducted by the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary?
It is not easy for many of us to stay in the city indefinitely waiting for news.
We have been waiting so long. We left our parents at home and are now roaming helplessly in the city.
When will be recruitment resume?
