Police reshuffle is on track

 The latest change in the NCD Police Command by the Police Commissioner is right. Currently in the city police officers are not being managed by their respective commanders with discipline and actions, the officers are running around doing nothing and involved in private and illegal activities without being disciplined. That shows clearly that there is no command and control from the top top office of NCD command down. We don’t need people who can’t handle situations on the ground with real discipline and control on their own men.
