Police roadblocks need looking into

CAN the police bosses from Chimbu and Eastern Highlands do a random check on their officers doing roadblocks at Waterbung, especially at night?
With due respect to other good police officers, these police officers in Waterbung are not doing their work like police officers.
Regular travellers on the Highlands Highway and the PMV drivers will agree with me wholeheartedly.
These police officers are harassing and treating the PMV
drivers aggressively in order to scare them and get money from them.
To make things worse, they carry out their duties under the influence of alcohol.
The police officers that conducted a roadblock at Waterbung Bridge (the two-lane bridge just past the passion fruit market) on the night of Dec 15, 2017, will confirm that.
