Politics delaying service delivery

CHIMBU was previously ranked first in service delivery by the Department of Community Development for several consecutive years.
This isn’t the case now.

There is a breakdown between the governor and the provincial administrator.
This has resulted in our governor and the PEC (provincial executive council) suspending of the provincial administrator because of several allegations.
Now, the Supreme Court has surprisingly reinstated Michael Temai as the legitimate provincial administrator.
Currently, there is standoff caused by the caretaker administrator who is not accepting the court decision.
Chimbu is in chaos.
