Polling officials awaiting allowance

IT is really frustrating for the Electoral Commission to not pay allowances for polling officials on time.
Past elections were better organised than the current computerised system.
This is opposite way of doing thing and spoils the entire election leaving everyone in suspense and potentially jeopardising the election.
Lae open electorate conducted polling three weeks ago and they are yet to be paid.
Presiding officers, stand firm to see that your allowances are paid.
