Poor service

I WRITE to air my frustration with the staff of the traffic registry office in Lae. They do not know customer service. To get a driver’s licence, vehicle registration renewal or anything can take a whole day. The officers are rarely at the counters. The office is always crowded. Can the Morobe provincial government do something about this? To make matters worse, everyone gathers around the counters waiting to be served. Every time I go there, it is common to hear people complaining. – Roselyn, Lae
