President calls on teams to pay

JOHN Kaupa Cup Port Moresby North East sports competition president Jeffrey Bomai has called on teams to complete their registration payments.
Bomai said the teams had been given ample time to settle their fees but to date the majority of the 36 men’s rugby league teams had not done so.
The team heads into Round 7 this weekend. The fees are K200 for B grade sides and K300 for A grade sides. Bomai said the deadline for settling the fees had long elapsed but with the finals approaching he would take measures to penalise defaulting sides.
