Prices of food skyrocketing

THE government is only talking and not doing anything in terms of following up on stores and major grocery shops to ensure they adhere to government instruction on price reduction on basic food items.
The Government’s physical presence and intervention is critically needed at this stage because, responsible authorities on the ground should go around checking all merchandising businesses to ensure they comply with government directives.
Prices are increasing everyday.
What are the indicators confirming price reduction?
There was no sign at all.
Government intention is appreciated in this space but the effect of price reduce is not felt by the ordinary people.
Citizens cannot be given false hope.
