Project completes naming comp

A SEPIK Chicken and Grain Project name competition launched last month is a success, says Gallit Tamir, business development manager of Innovative Agro Industry Ltd. (IAI).
Sepik Agro Industries launched the competition last month to select its brand name and logo design for chicken and chicken products to be produced by the Sepik Chicken & Grain Project.
Tamir said they received a number of proposals through email which were all creative and carried the pride of Sepik.
Prizes will be given to the best name proposed, best logo design proposed and to the schools of the students who will be awarded.
“The prize for best name brand will be K1,000, for best logo design K2,000 and the school of the awarded winner will receive an additional K2,000. The Sepik Chicken, Grain and Cocoa Innovative Project is a joint venture for the Sepik economic zone between the East Sepik government, Yangoru-Saussia District Development Authority, landowners and the LR Group of Israel and the Government using Kumul Agriculture.
