Promote healthy work setting

 AS a human resource officer, I have noted that employer-employee relations are very bad in many organisations, especially those under the management of Asians. The main concerns are racial discrimination, payments below minimum wage level and unlawful terminations. Tough measures should be taken by our leaders and relevant government authorities to stop these bad practices.
