Proper bus stops needed

SAD to see a fast growing town with population and business is in dire need of proper road network including proper bus stops here in Kiunga.
Can the appropriate authorities including the provincial government look into this matter as it possess imminent danger to motorist and travelling public?
It has been left for so long and I predict there will be a major car accident right in the middle of the town or anywhere closer to the provincial government building.
Can the Chinese business houses with the North Fly government do something?
Or is the upgrading of town road network not on the provincial budget plan?
