Provide seats for waiting customers

THERE is an issue the Westpac Bank management need to address.
It is annoying when customers stand in queue for hours.
There are no chairs to sit and wait to be served.
The customer service at the enquiries and accounts section is poor.
I leave my workplace and spend up to four hours for services that take only about five minutes.
Most hours are spent on the queue.
Can the bank address this?

  • Step up and raise up to provide qualify customer service and consider welfare of your clients while awaiting to be served.
