Puzzling phone service

I am adding to an issue which is affecting many Papua New Guineans, a few of whom have raised their concerns.
This is concerning fees which a particular phone company deducts.
It seems that this particular service provider is bent on extracting phone credits from its customers.
I have decided not to register my SIM with this company, and have opted for the other service provider.
