Raminai challenged

Letters

IT has been nine months since Wesley Ora Raminai was elected to represent the people of Kagua-Erave in Parliament.
Raminai seems to have gone into hibernation.
He posted a selfie on Facebook with fellow MPs from Hela and Southern Highlands which went viral on social media during the earthquake crisis.
Since then, he seems to have gone into hiding.
Some allegations now surround his performance for the last nine months. These include missing funds for DSIP and earthquake relief assistance.
The appointment of Kagua-Erave district CEO is still pending, while most or all other districts throughout the country have already appointed their CEOs and committee members.
The appointment of office holders in Kagua-Erave has yet to be made public, if any have been appointed.
Many educated people from Kagua-Erave have been publicly rallying support to work together Raminai, yet these have all fallen on deaf ears.
