Ramu 2’s magic date

CHINESE company Shenzhen Energy aims to deliver the Ramu 2 Hydro Power Project by 2024.
It also has the capacity to venture into other power generation activities in the country.
This was highlighted by Shenzhen Energy president Wang Pingyang while giving a brief of its operation globally, and how it was entering the South Pacific region for the first time through the hydro power project to be based in Morobe and Eastern Highlands.
“The Ramu 2 Hydro power project is a world-bidding project announced by Kumul Consolidated Holdings,” he said.
Pingyang said there had been over two years of discussions and negotiations between both parties.
