MILNE Bay man Walter Warren became the second recipient of Rangeview Plaza’s K2,000 Christmas Bonanza weekly prize give-away.
Warren shopped at the Marks shop on Nov 24 and dropped his receipt entry in the draw box and his name was picked on Monday.
Rangeview Heights Ltd manager Correny Ure said Warren had spent K240 at the shop and was asked to write his name on the receipt and drop it in the entry draw box last week.
“The management tried to reach Warren since Monday, but could not get to him,” she said.
“We hope that he can drop by our office to claim his prize.”
Warren was not present yesterday to receive the prize.
Ure said the initiative to give out weekly prizes including a “Bumper Prize” draw starting next month was to give something back to shoppers to enjoy the festive season.
She said all the receipts and business cards dropped in the draw until Dec 31 were eligible for the “Bumper Prize” draw which would be held next month.
There will be three different Bumper prize draws on Dec 7, 14 and 21 with prizes valued at K10,000, K15,000, and K25,000 respectively.
“These prizes are travel packages to anywhere in the country and overseas,” Ure said.
“It is non-refundable and if the winners decide to travel overseas, their contact details will be sent to a travel agency which will handle the process to prepare their necessary documents.
She urged shoppers to drop by the plaza and spend K100 or more for a chance to travel with their family or friends during the festive season.
