Recruit teachers locally

 EDUCATION Minister Nick Kuman and the Teaching Service Commission are short-sighted. Can’t you look for solutions as to why there is brain-drain in our teaching service and make teaching career lucrative? Be innovative please. Sure there are solutions to management problems but stop looking for quick-fix solutions to serve your egos. Recruiting teachers from Fiji is not a good news for us local teachers. Furthermore, we hate to receive more criticisms from the envious Fijians. Do a survey and you will be surprised with the responses from our teachers.
