Remove all corrupt officers

 MANY elite Eastern Highlanders do not know that the senior public servants at Yanepa Building are corrupt. The corrupt ones are trying to frustrate the process of having a new man to clean up the provincial administration. I remember when Mal Smith handed over reigns to Julie Soso, he made a remark and said be careful with the public servants. The old boys at Yanepa are white collar criminals who are soliciting support from their own kinds to hold on to power.  They should be removed.
