Remove the market

CAN the NCD Commission remove the illegal market under the Erima Flyover Bridge to prevent more deaths?
Or simply permanently barricade the space under the flyover bridge where people normally gather and do illegal markets.
This would a solution to prevent harassment of mothers, shoppers, innocent commuters and prevent drug dealers selling marijuana.
