Remove unroadworthy vehicles

MANY vehicles should be pulled off the road, and they include those with broken headlines and tail-lights, plastered windscreen, smooth tyres, etc.
These vehicles are hazardous to other road users.
The authorities know this but they are not doing anything about it.
