Residents wasting water

 PNG Power is constantly issuing notices for the general public to conserve and not waste water but I wonder if they are practicing what they are preaching.  

In some or almost all of the PNG Power compounds, especially Hohola, there is a river running down from the mountain from what seems to be a southern cross. 

This river at the PPL Hohola compound has been flowing since October 2015 and still running. PNG Power compounds are wasting water from Sirinumu Dam and they are blaming others. 

PNG Power Properties Section is turning a blind eye on it and this is a big shame. 

The Sirinumu Dam is being drained out by PPL’s own actions and this needs to stop.
