Respect health workers

PLEASE do not harass our health workers along the Sepik Highway during this state of emergency period.
We are not happy with the way our medical personnel were treated on Wednesday at the police road blocks going into Wewak, East Sepik.
We value our frontline health workers.
Why did our health personnel have to go pick up their vehicle keys from some place away from a checkpoint?
Why did they have to be forced to go get their temperature checked at the hospital there?
As a result they did not get all the vital medical supplies that they needed to bring back to Aitape.
We will be laying a formal complaint to the concerned authorities.
