Retailer donates items to police

STOP & Shop Koki donated food items to Koki police in Port Moresby in support of their community policing during Christmas and New Year.
City Pharmacy Ltd (CPL) representative Oti Lasagavibau said the company was happy to support police personnel in the area.
“It is the busiest time of the year and we would like to show our support for the police personnel of Koki, especially with the Christmas operations in monitoring business houses, shopping centres, bus-stops and public movements in and around the vicinity of Koki,” Lasagavibau said.
She said operations such as this is very important to the general public and the business community and CPL were grateful to support.
Sgt Greg Mura, on behalf of Koki police, thanked CPL for the donation.
