RH Group is always pro-active in finding ways to serve the community better, according to RH Pharmacy manager Dr Jacky Tiang.
He said the company recognised the gap in community pharmacy sector “and believes that we can fill the gaps to meet community needs”.
The RH Pharmacy was opened last week.
“This led to the creation of RH Pharmacy that has a cost-effective supply chain to allow Papua New Guineans to obtain genuine and high quality medicines at affordable price,” he said.
“RH Pharmacy creates values to community through professional advice and services by our highly-trained pharmacists.”
He said RH Pharmacy planned to progressively expand operations to include diagnostic tests and treatment of diseases in a more convenient manner for the public and to the benefit of Port Moresby.
“Over the time, we will expand the services into a full suite of diagnostic tests to help the community receive early detection and treatment of diseases such as malaria, cardiovascular diseases, kidney failure associated with diabetes and sexually transmitted diseases,” Tiang said.
“We believe that RH Pharmacy can provide a great platform to carry out these services because the public have easier access to RH Pharmacy and has less waiting times than hospitals.”
The RH Pharmacy is located next to the RH Hypermarket in the Vision City Mega Mall.
