Rubiang calls on MP to address law and order

MADANG Police Commander Acting Superintendent Mazuc Rubiang has called on Madang elect Governor Ramsey Pariwa to seriously address law and order issues in the province.
While congratulating Pariwa, Rubiang told him to work closely with police over his 5-year term.
He said Madang’s reputation had been tarnished for too long by poor law and order in the province.
“Hold hands with your other six Open MPs and work with us the police
“People are too tired of living in fear; we want to see change.
“Madang is a beautiful province; let’s restore this pride.”
Rubiang thanked the people of Madang, the candidates and the joint security forces for delivering a successful-trouble free election.
Election Manager Sponsa Navi said although it was a tough election in his experience managing elections across the country, Madang still followed everything by the book to deliver the General Election 2022.
