Sad to see polling workers await pay

I JUST want to air my thoughts on the way the buses on city routes are at the bus stop, especially at Tabari.
Can the relevant authority like the police traffic division do something to control the buses at the bus stop?
It is too crowded and sometimes causes traffic jam.
