Same contractor at same job

 PLEASE allow me space to comment on an NCDC contractor that is working on the Gerehu section of the road between Gerehu Secondary School and St John Hospital. The same contractor initially did some upgrading work on that same section of the road late last year. However, it fell apart in just two weeks. I wonder if the NCDC works inspectors and officers from the works department supervise the road work that was done? Just two weeks ago, the same company began re-doing the whole work again. I do not know what the reason is to do that and who is funding this project. Why give the work again to the same contractor which has done a poor job in the first place? It is a small section of the road and it is taking too long. It is also causing unnecessary traffic congestion.
