Sandaun scholarships

CAN the Sandaun Provincial Government have a scholarship programme for students?
Students from other provinces are getting help from their provincial governments but Sandaun students at universities, colleges and technical schools are not getting any support.
Sandaun students have always been spectators while their colleagues and friends from elsewhere benefit from their local government’s scholarship programmes.
This should have been done by past governors but we hope our new governor, who is young and fresh, can do it. It’s not too late.
The less we help the more failure we’ll find.
Education can help us manage our resources, like forestry and minerals.
Of the all the resources we have, human resource brings the greatest benefit.
