Sawang deserved a ministry

THE allocation of ministerial portfolios is the prerogative of the prime minister but I personally think that Kessy Sawang should have been considered for a ministry.
The prime minister always talks about equal representation so he should do the right thing by allocating a ministry to a female parliamentarian.Sawang is qualified and deserves a ministry.
