THE stealing and vandalism of State property here at PNG University of Natural Resources and Environment at the Popondetta Campus is happening because security officers are not doing their Job.
Can the campus director, acting chief security officer and our human resources officer do something?
Officers employed to be security officers must have a clean record.
They must know what they are supposed to be doing.
Staff lives and State property are at risk.
