CAN the management of Fresh Produce Development Agency tell me who is responsible for seed distribution in Tambul, WHP?
There are enough screen houses with land areas, seed houses and capital inputs to produce tonnes of seeds and supply the whole highlands region.
The seed production is getting idle in Tambul? Where are the modes and indicators for fair distributions?
The seed scheme is benefiting only two or three people in Tambul sub-district alone.
Where is the management of the only-mandated horticulture industry in PNG?
