Shortage of ballot papers sad

IT is sad that many citizens, especially in towns and cities are not able to cast their vote because of the shortage of the ballot papers.
The Government and the Electoral Commissioner have failed to produce enough ballot papers, the eligible population is over 10 million but the Electoral Commissioner printed only two million which is not enough.
We, citizen of this country, have every right to cast our ballots.
This is democratic country we shouldn’t be deprived and neglected.
Every year, people are migrating to the cities, towns and village therefore, the Electoral Commissioner must re-update the Common roll.
The Electoral Commissioner must be removed.
