Digicel will not deactivate the SIM card from mobile phones because they will lose millions of kina.
Nicta is just like a demon creeping into the lives of people without being invited.
To conclude, SIM card registration and NID are already declared as “failed projects”.
They will never work out in this holy nation, PNG, no matter how hard the Government tries.
