THE Papua New Guinea Billiards and Snooker Association (PNGBSA) biennial general meeting deferred from September will now be held next month.
PNGBSA acting secretary Ephata Samuel said the meeting would be held at 6pm on Nov 6 at the Q Club in Port Moresby.
“The PMMI Port Moresby Snooker Handicap finals will be played that afternoon and it is only proper that we have the meeting before the presentation as most members will be present,” Samuel said.
He said president Peter Fong would present his report before treasurer Roger Wilson tables the financial report.
“Following the presentation of these reports will be the election of new office bearers and committee members for PNGBSA,” Samuel said.
He said nomination forms for the positions of president, secretary, treasurer and four general committee members were now available at the Aviat Club and Q Club.
Nominations close tomorrow.
