Sosoro and firm lauded for supporting sports

WEST New Britain resident Gabriel Napas has commended Kawaso Ltd managing director Kossy Sosoro for his contribution to infrastructure development and sporting activities in the country.
Despite not being the Nipa-Kutubu MP, Napas said Sosoro had put to good use his financial resources to support development and sporting clubs in Kutubu and other parts of Southern Highlands.
He said Sosoro, through his company, had recently renewed sponsorship ties with the Port Moresby Defence and Mendi Hawks Rugby Football League clubs.
He added that Kawaso would also be supporting the Kutubu Souths for the National South Basketball League challenge in Madang next month.
Napas appealed to the people of Nipa-Kutubu to keep Sosoro in sight for the  general election next year.
Sosoro said he was humbled by comments made by people regarding his contributions.  
“I take my hat off to whoever Gabriel Napas is because this is the first time I have received favourable comments from people regarding my contribution to infrastructure development and sports in PNG,” he said.
