SPB names corporate affairs boss

SP Brewery general manager Stan Joyce has announced the promotion of Reg Monagi as the corporate affairs manager and company secretary for the brewer.
Joyce said Monagi’s promotion was timely as SP Brewery continued to work with relevant stakeholders in promoting the company’s core business activities and expanding its corporate social responsibility portfolio.
“I am confident that Reg with his vast experience and local knowledge will be able to transform our SP Brewery’s endeavours in these areas,” Joyce said.
Monagi will oversee all corporate affairs issues including legal and regulatory matters and corporate functions.
As the company secretary, Monagi also works closely with the company’s board, and ensures that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations of the country.
