Staff empowered

FOUR employees from Westpac PNG recently returned from a two-day conference in Sydney, Australia, attending the Westpac Group’s International Youth Summit.
The Youth Network is Westpac Group’s employee action group dedicated to developing and creating opportunities for staff under the age of 35 to reach their full potential.
Each year, the summit offers attendees a unique opportunity to participate in a range of workshops.
Len Awinup (IT), Lorna Boga (operations), Amona Mitina (retail) and Garry William (retail) joined their colleagues from across the Asia-Pacific to attend the exclusive event, which brought together more than 300 people from business units across Westpac.
