Still on autonomy

AUTONOMY is brought forward by selfish, greedy and incapable leaders.
Why is a national leader interested in autonomy while he or she is representing the seven million-plus people of Papua New Guinea?
We must know that Papua New Guinea is a developing nation.
We need funds generated by each province to improve our homes and communities.
Not all provinces have enough resources and human capital to support and improve their districts.
Autonomy will make matters worse.
Autonomy will only promote regionalism.
Bougainville alone should be autonomous.
Other provinces have to remain under Papua New Guinea until such a time when we are fully-civilised.
