Stop all-night parties

 I URGE the National Capital District Commission to stop all-night parties in the residential areas around Port Moresby.  There are some people in Rainbow Estate who play music all hours of the day and night.The loud volume from their music frequently disturbs other residents living around them. Many students are disturbed, working people are disturbed and infants are disturbed. I think the same is happening in other residential areas but the Rainbow estate, which was once a peaceful place is now turning into an all-night party capital. We are not happy about the continuous loud music and ask city authorities to intervene.
