Stop feeding PNG to loan sharks

Letters

THE Government’s intention to get a K3 billion loan should be stopped because the main reason for a vote of no confidence against the O’Neill government was on the allegation that PNG was very high in debts.
All debts should be stopped.
When the Government said to take back PNG, did they mean to take back PNG to high levels of debts such as the 90s?
The Treasurer seems to be in his fantasy world when he says he is taking a K3 billion loan to pay existing loans.
What’s the use of getting a loan to repay a loan?
When the K3 billion is used, will you get another K3 billion to continue repaying the expended loans.
Mr Treasurer, you are not taking back PNG but giving PNG to the loan sharks.
You are putting PNG on a never-ending cycle of bad loan debts.
Why is the public so silent over this issue?
There should be a public outcry for getting a K3 billion to pay existing loans.
There is no economic sense.
