Stop illegal lottery in Hela

 IT is understood that hi/low lottery was banned on the 14th of February 2008 as per the National Gazette Notice G22. However, the banned lottery activity is still being operated here in Tari, Hela, by some Asians for some time now and I wonder when the Provincial Police Commander will take action to curb this illegal activity. I appeal to the National Gaming Control Board and other appropriate authorities to look into this matter as this illegal gambling activity is being operated without any proper regulation.
